The 2008 Operation Christmas Child campaign has involved thousands of volunteers in many countries sorting through donated shoeboxes filled with gifts destined for delivery to needy children in Africa, eastern Europe and central Asia.  It is understood that 129 temporary warehouses have opened across the UK since 1st November indicating the mammoth scale of the task.  In Oxfordshire, Parker Parr are delighted to have assisted the campaign in a small way with a short term let of a 10,000 sq ft warehouse to Samaritan's Purse as a temporary regional distribution hub for the collection, sorting and shipment of over 15,000 shoe boxes for delivery to Belarus.  Further information at www.operationchristmaschild.org.uk/?q=stories
