Energy Performance Certificates
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) are now required for all commercial and business properties that are being marketed for sale or to let so as to comply with the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive. If you are looking at putting a property on the market, you are advised to check this out as you may now need to commission an EPC. Parker Parr has formed associations with a selected partner company to advise on this and provide EPC’s where appropriate.
